Swedish Massage

• This massage has the long flowing strokes and with the right music can be very soothing and help to just let go.  No deep tissue added here, just a typical, nice, flowing, soothing massage. It is not too light, but not too deep either. This is for those of you who truly just want a "mind eraser" at the end of your day, or week, or month, or even year. This massage will not only relax the mind, it will also allow your body to release its tension - naturally.

• 90 minutes - $90.00

Therapeutic Massage

• A combination massage which includes a wide range of techniques designed to ease chronic pain, fluid retention, stress, & muscular fatigue. Some of the techniques that may be used, but are not limited to, are swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, & acupressure therapy.
• 30 minutes - $40.00
• 45 minutes - $55.00
• 60 minutes - $65.00
• 90 minutes - $100.00

Sports/Fitness

• Designed for the physically active. This is a very focused and detailed therapy that combines deep tissue, range of motion movement & resistance work to promote healing & injury prevention. *If you have a sporting event coming up it is best to let your therapist know this before you begin.*

Deep Tissue

• A technique that reaches the deeper layers of muscle tissue to promote the release of tension as well as adhesions and their toxins.
• 30 minutes - $40.00
• 45 minutes - $60.00

Hand & Foot Reflexology

• The feet and hands are viewed as maps of the body. By applying pressure on specific points on the feet & hands, the body seems to begin remembering how to heal thus returning itself to a balanced state. This is a great alternative for those looking to improve circulation, build up the immune system, relieve stress & tension, or help treat an area of injured tissue, too sensitive to receive massage.

Facial Massage

• (NOT to be confused with a facial from an esthetician.) This is a wonderfully, relaxing treatment that cleanses, tonifies, & softens the skin. Facial massage and rehydration complete this along with shoulder to hand massage to enhance relaxation.
• 45 minutes - $50.00
• 90 minutes - $100.00 (Includes a very detailed & relaxing hand and foot massage).

Reiki Massage

• This is a special treat for those of you who love Massage & Reiki.  There is something awesome about getting these treatments combined with one another. It gives you, the client, a deeper focus and helps you to become even more in-tune and balanced with your self, and let's not forget the wonderful muscle relaxation and rejuvenation that comes with it.
• 90 minutes (only) - $100.00

Couples Massage

• Bring a friend, or the one you love. One Room, Two Tables, Two Therapists. (This is also great to help the one you love realize that massage is great! Get him or her over their shyness. You will be in the same room with them, and this may make them less apprehensive to book their own appointment next time!)
• 60 minutes - $140.00

Tandem

• Some may call this 4 handed massage. Two therapists working on you at the same time. This is an awesome experience for the repeat massage client.

Massage Maintenance Program

• Maintain your well - being! If you are a weekly massage lover, this one's for you! This must be used within a one month period. (No exceptions!)
• Swedish/Therapeutic Client - 4 - 60 minute massages = $200
• Deep Tissue Client - 4 - 60 minute massages = $280

Chair Massage for Corporations or Individuals

• Onsite chair massage is offered for your place of business. Just leave an email address and a contact name; information will be sent right over.

Reiki

• Reiki is a relaxation technique that can help reduce stress, fatigue, physical pain, and many other ailments and dis - eases of the body. It is given by a Reiki practitioner that channels Universal Energy through the palms of their hands into your body. Reiki can be given in - person or distantly and is just as effective both ways. Reiki is complimentary to any Western medical treatment you may be receiving. It works harmoniously with Western Medicine but should never take the place of a licensed medical professional.

Pranic Crystal Healing Sessions

• Crystal healing includes the use of crystals to enhance your session to be more empowering and help you release "old used up energies" and even helps with addictions!
